Job Title: Export–Import Development Manager Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site Company Overview We are a Dubai-based international trading company engaged in global export and import operations across commodities, industrial raw materials, and related products. With an expanding international footprint, we are seeking an experienced Export–Import Development Manager to drive business growth, establish new trade corridors, and strengthen supplier and buyer networks worldwide. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute export–import business development strategies aligned with company growth objectives • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new international suppliers, buyers, and strategic partners • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, contracts, and long-term supply agreements • Manage end-to-end trade execution, including documentation, logistics coordination, and compliance • Expand market presence in target regions including Asia, Middle East, Africa, and Europe • Analyze global market trends, pricing movements, and trade risks to support decision-making • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, logistics, compliance) to ensure smooth transactions • Ensure full compliance with international trade laws, UAE regulations, sanctions, and customs requirements • Maintain strong relationships with shipping lines, freight forwarders, inspection agencies, and banks • Prepare regular MIS reports, pipeline updates, and management presentations ⸻ Required Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field • Minimum 5–8 years of proven experience in export–import trading or international business development • Strong understanding of Incoterms, trade finance instruments (LCs, SBLCs, Usance, Sight), and shipping procedures • Demonstrated ability to independently close international trade deals • Existing global network of suppliers and buyers will be a strong advantage • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills • High commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP/CRM systems is preferred • Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are an advantage ⸻ What We Offer • Competitive salary package aligned with UAE market standards • Performance-based incentives and commission structure • Opportunity to work in a high-growth, international trading environment • Exposure to global markets and senior-level commercial decision-making •
