Your Impact Lead the identification, development, and conversion of new business opportunities across IPMI and SME markets. Engage credibly with HR, Procurement, and senior leadership teams, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor on health insurance and workforce risk solutions. Structure bespoke, value-driven solutions aligned to client objectives, employee demographics, and commercial realities. Act as a visible representative of Lifecare's brand values, ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism, integrity, and long-term thinking. Build and sustain a powerful professional network across the UAE and international markets, with a strong bias toward activity, visibility, and relationship depth. Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, insurer propositions, and competitive dynamics to inform strategy and client advice.
