1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Recruit candidates for all departments
• Create and publish job ads on platforms
• Screen CVs and shortlist candidates according to operational needs
• Conduct interviews (HR screening + management interview)
• Organize trial days and coordinate hiring decisions
2. Onboarding & Employee Documentation
• Prepare employment contracts in compliance with UAE labor law
• Collect and maintain employee documents (passport, visa, Emirates ID, certificates, etc.)
• Maintain updated employee files (physical & digital)
• Ensure employees sign company policies and procedures
• Manage onboarding process for new hires
3. Visa, PRO & Government Processes
• Apply for employee visas, work permits, medicals, and Emirates ID
• Manage visa renewals, cancellations, and status changes
• Coordinate with PRO, MOHRE, immigration, and government portals
• Maintain a tracking sheet for all visa expiry dates
4. Insurance Management
• Enroll new employees in medical insurance
• Remove resigned employees from insurance
• Handle insurance renewals for staff and company policies
• Support employees with insurance-related questions
5. Employee Relations & Discipline
• Prepare corrective letters (warning letters, notice letters, misconduct letters, etc.)
• Handle disciplinary issues professionally and legally
• Manage employee complaints and internal conflicts
• Protect company interests while remaining fair and compliant
6. HR Policies & Compliance
• Create and update HR policies and employee handbook
• Ensure full compliance with UAE labor law
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, leaves, and behavior
• Enforce company rules across all branches and workshop
7. Auditing & HR Control
• Conduct internal HR audits (documents, visas, contracts, attendance)
• Ensure all HR records are properly maintained
• Support management during external audits if needed
8. Trade License & Legal Renewals
• Handle renewal of trade licenses
• Manage renewal of company insurances (business, vehicle, liability, etc.)
• Maintain calendar of all renewal deadlines
