Key Responsibilities
1. Source, list, and sell secondary market residential and/or commercial properties.
2. Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and close deals between buyers and sellers.
3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai communities, prices, and trends.
4. Build and manage a personal database of buyers, sellers, and landlords.
5. List properties on portals/CRM, update listings, and follow up on all enquiries.
6. Prepare and manage Form A, Form B, Form F and other RERA documentation (if applicable).
7. Provide honest, professional advice to clients throughout the sales process.
8. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by management.
