What We Are Looking For:
We need a chef who is a master of comfort food but possesses a sophisticated touch. Our ideal candidate has:
Pizza & Pasta Expertise: Proven experience in crafting artisanal pizzas and authentic pasta dishes.
Cafe Classics: Skill in preparing high-quality breakfast plates, gourmet burgers, and signature cafe snacks.
Pastry Skills (Big Plus): Knowledge of baking or pastry making to help us offer fresh treats.
Global Flair: An "Intercontinental" mindset—someone who can introduce a variety of global flavors and creative fusion ideas.
Kitchen Management: Ability to manage inventory, maintain high hygiene standards (HACCP), and ensure consistency.
