Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Customer Service Executive who will contact customers, follow up on inquiries, convert leads into confirmed orders, assess customer needs, and manage bookings for pickups and deliveries. This role is key to increasing sales and ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Contact & Lead Conversion
• Call customers who inquire about our services
• Follow up on WhatsApp, phone calls, Instagram, and online inquiries
• Convert inquiries into confirmed orders and bookings
• Explain services, pricing, timelines, and process clearly
• Reassure customers and handle objections professionally
2. Service Assessment & Recommendations
• Understand customer needs (repair, restoration, cleaning, bespoke, etc.)
• Assess services based on photos, descriptions, or previous orders
• Recommend the most suitable service package
• Coordinate with operations team when technical clarification is needed
3. Booking & Scheduling
• Book pickups and deliveries accurately
• Coordinate with drivers and logistics team
• Confirm timing with customers
• Ensure correct customer details and addresses are recorded
• Follow up to confirm successful delivery or pickup
4. Customer Experience & Follow-Up
• Maintain professional and polite communication at all times
• Follow up with customers after service completion
• Handle customer questions and minor complaints professionally
• Build long-term relationships with repeat clients
5. System & Reporting
• Update customer records accurately
• Track leads, conversions, and pending follow-ups
• Maintain daily call and booking records
• Report performance to management
Skills & Profile Required
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Confident on phone calls and WhatsApp communication
• Sales-oriented mindset (comfortable with convincing customers)
• Strong customer service attitude
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Experience in call centre, customer service, sales, or hospitality is preferred
