Alfora is a UK-based business that has successfully expanded into the UAE, and we’re now building the foundations of something big in Dubai. We’re looking for native English speakers who are bubbly, confident, money-driven, and competitive to join us at the very beginning of this growth phase.
You’ll be calling on behalf of one of our major European clients, targeting the UK market on a proven English-speaking campaign.
This is not a filler role. This is an opportunity to get in early with a business that is scaling across the Middle East, where top performers will grow with the company.
🔥 The Role
Outbound calling on an English campaign into the UK
Representing a major European client
Engaging decision-makers, qualifying interest, and booking high-value opportunities
Full training, live support, and proven scripts provided
💰 Package
Basic Salary: 8,000 AED
OTE: 20,000 AED+ (uncapped commission)
Paid monthly, transparent and performance-led
