Position: Chartered Accountant
Industry: Heavy Equipment Rental
Location: Dubai
We are a well-established Heavy Equipment Rental Company seeking to hire a Experience, qualified Chartered Accountant to join our finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Preparation of in-house management reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual)
• Preparation and finalization of financial statements in compliance with IFRS
• Handling bank-related documentation, including facility renewal, loan submissions, and financial information requests
• Cash flow forecasting and budgeting
• Coordination with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
• Monitoring financial performance and providing management insights
• Should be able to independently coordinate & manage all the accounting, finance sections.
Requirements:
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) / equivalent professional qualification
• Strong knowledge of IFRS standards
• Experience in heavy equipment rental / construction / contracting industry will be an added advantage
• Hands-on experience in preparing and handling bank facility renewal documents
• Strong leadership skills in analytical, reporting, and good communication skills in English and Hindi.
