? We’re Hiring: Marketing & Bitrix24 CRM Specialist
We are looking for a hands-on marketer who can set up and manage Bitrix24 CRM and also handle performance marketing (Instagram / Meta Ads).
This role is for someone who understands leads, funnels, and sales, not just traffic.

8,000 AED + KPI-based bonuses
? Responsibilities
Set up and manage Bitrix24 CRM
Build sales funnels (lead → deal → sale)
Integrate CRM with:
Instagram & Facebook lead forms
WhatsApp
Websites / landing pages
Launch and optimize Meta (Instagram/Facebook) ads
Track CPL, conversions, lead quality
Provide clear performance reports
✅ Requirements
Proven experience with Bitrix24 CRM
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads
Experience with lead generation funnels
Data-driven mindset
Independent and responsible
