The Sales and Marketing Manager will drive business growth by developing marketing strategies, building partnerships, and leading sales initiatives across online, indoor, and outdoor channels.
Key Responsibilities
●Develop and implement outdoor/indoor and online sales and marketing strategies for
travel, visa, and document clearing services.
● Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and corporate clients
● Manage branding, promotions, and advertising campaigns
● Oversee online marketing, social media, and lead generation activities
● Track performance metrics and prepare sales reports
● Train and support the team on sales techniques and customer engagement
Requirements
● 5+ Years Experience Required
● Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in travel or services
● Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
● Goal‑oriented and confident personality.
Assets (Preferred Skills)
● Experience launching or scaling a startup business
● Knowledge of the Dubai market and customer behavior.
● Creative mindset with strong branding sense
● English: Required
● Arabic: Strong advantage (especially for UAE government platforms)
