Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Marine AC Technician with proven experience in servicing and maintaining HVAC systems on marine vessels, offshore units, accommodation barges, jack-ups, and shipyard projects. The ideal candidate must be technically strong, reliable, and able to work independently under demanding marine conditions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
HVAC Maintenance & Servicing
• Troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of marine AC systems, including:
o Chillers - water-cooled
o AHUs, FCUs, Package Units
o Refrigeration systems & compressors
o DX systems & cooling circuits
• Checking refrigerant levels, pressure testing, and leak identification.
• Electrical and control panel diagnostics for HVAC systems.
• Understanding of marine-grade components and corrosion-resistant materials.
Installation & Commissioning
• Installation of AC units, chilled water lines, copper piping, and duct connections.
• System flushing, vacuuming, charging, testing & commissioning.
• Compliance with ABS / DNV / BV marine standards (advantage).

🔹 Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as AC Technician (marine experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles and HVAC troubleshooting.
• Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Experience in offshore / shipyard projects is an added advantage.
