Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the full recruitment cycle for real estate agents, from job postings to onboarding.
• Develop and implement training programs to ensure agents are well-prepared and aligned with company standards.
• Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain HR records and prepare reports as needed.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the real estate sector or in Dubai.
• Strong understanding of recruitment, training, and employee development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with UAE labor laws.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
